These earrings are a labor of love for sure. Over 40 little wrapped links make up these gorgeous hoop earrings. We’ll start with the focals because how could you not be wondering about those? They’re the most gorgeously flashy blue opals set in sterling silver. I also wrapped on some special 2.3mm swarovski crystal bicones. The dangles are comprised of 4mm iridescent swarovski crystals, heavenly blue Ethiopian opals, and 5mm czech glass. These earrings are sterling silver with 20 gauge earwires. Just a fun fact - I used 5 different gauges of sterling silver wire to create these: 18, 20, 24, 26, and 28! Each earring is 4.5” long and weighs 6.1 grams.
