The leather feather collection is one of the collections I'm most proud of. I developed a way to make the feathers unlike any I've seen before and strive to make each pair unique. The feathers in this collection are primarily made with remnant leather that the leather shops would have wasted. I hand draw pattern, shape, and texture these leather feather from leather remnants, so each pair is one of a kind. The sterling silver I use is recycled, so you can feel good wearing these earrings.
This pair was made with black and brown leather feathers. I paired them with sparkling 3mm green garnets that I wove through the feathers. At the top of the earring is a 5x8.5mm dragon vein agate. These earrings are constructed in sterling silver. The earwires are 20 gauge. Each earring is approximately 3” long and weighs 1.5g.
