What do you think of when you think of dragons? Me? I think of Smaug from the Hobbit. Just sitting there on a big ole’ pile of treasure. So I definitely knew I wanted to create ‘Dragon Hoard’ earrings. I put all my favorite gemmy treasures in these hoop earrings. They’re crafted out of oxidized sterling silver. The Dragons are also sterling silver. Dangling from these fierce dragons are 2mm opals, 2.5mm rubies, 2.2mm sapphires, and 2.5mm rough diamonds. There are also black opal accents above and below the dragons. The earwires are 20g sterling silver. Each earring is just under 4” long and weighs 3.72 grams.
