I was so drawn to these ceramic feather components. I decided to make attached hoops with them to draw out some more of the colors of the owl. The ceramic feathers are on steel headpins, and then I have wrapped these with red brass and 3mm faceted hessonite garnet. The earwires are 20 gauge brass. Each earring is 3.5” long and weighs 4.83 grams.
