These earrings make me think of a castle in the sky with all their ornate metal pieces. I started with the filagree sterling silver chandelier components. To those I added a rainbow of 4mm faceted gem coins: garnet, carnelian, citrine, aventurine, apatite, lapis, and amethyst. These components dangle from one of my favorite sterling silver chains made with twisted silver. The top dangles are top drilled 10mm swarovski crystal bicones wrapped with twisted sterling silver wire.
The earrings hang on 21 gauge sterling silver earwires.
