I absolutely love raw gems, so I just knew I had to use the rough aquamarine I had in a spectacular piece. For this necklace, I started wrapping the rough aquamarine (approx. 11x16mm pieces) expressively in sterling silver. I then decided they had to go with this gorgeous 50mm scenery jasper donut focal. And then 21mm ocean jasper just seemed to flow so perfectly into the design. In between each aquamarine and ocean jasper is a 4.5mm black spinel. To finish the necklace, I used 8mm scenery jasper rounds and more 4.5mm black spinel heishi. This necklace is all sterling silver with a handcrafted hook and eye clasp. This necklace is approximately 24” long. The focal hangs down 2”.
