These earrings were inspired by the painting the Transfiguration of Christ by Raphael. I love the way the painting plays with light, so I used many stones that redirect light in these earrings. The most fantastic 4mm faceted black opals are featured throughout. All the colors they reflect are simply incredible. What else could I pair with a stone so special besides 2mm rough diamonds, 4mm freshwater pearls, and 3mm swarovski crystals. And of course, these earrings also feature 17mm sterling silver crosses.
These earrings are sterling silver with 20 gauge earwires.
